Your day-to-day work will include:
- Managing an internal team of programmers working on given project, overseeing of project execution in the all areas
- Providing consultancy / mentor to the team in senior technical and programming issues
- Team cooperation in major projects across entire company
- Responsibility for project implementation with high quality corresponding to the contracted functionality
- Managing relationship with clients, maintaining frequent and direct contact with client staff and senior level executives
- Implementation of the development projects on time and on budget, with appropriate resources, management structures, processes, milestones and deliverables
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of working experience on the similar role
- Experience with Java/J2EE platform
- Experience with SQL databases (preferably Oracle DB)
- Experience in team leading (preferably portal projects), experience with SCRUM or agile methodology
